Today we are living an extremely stressful and “fast” life and many people face the difficulty of unwinding at the end of the day and getting a good nights sleep. However, we can still do our best and look for good alternatives to heavy medication, when it comes to the subject of sleep.
Sleeping habits are of course connected to many things in our life. It is not just about hitting the “sac” in time and then go to sleep. Usually there are many habits to look over, from the level of stress that is “normal” for us, eating habits, coffe drinking habits, alcohool intake to how our bedroom is designed.
I have a very personal relationship to the subject of sleep, since I had two small children quite close and worked as a stewardess with odd hours at the same time. I think those two factors together were tough circumstances for sleeping well. I developed a scare every night about would I sleep or not. Earplugs, sleepingpills, dark and quiet rooms, my own “perfect” pillow. Everything had to be “perfect” and the smallest disturbance could ruin my night. Quite frankly, it was a nightmare!
Well, throughout the years I have developed better sleeping habits and more natural ones. I stick to my earplugs and my “perfect” pillow (that goes with me anywhere I go), and I have learned to use whatever natural products I can find to help me sleep. Natural sleep treatments are of course much safer and a better choice to help you sleep well.
The purpose of this site is to provide you with some useful tips as to what to look for and also to see what other users have to say about the products. I also have a strong personal opinion and interest in that good sleep is very closely related to our overall lifestyle, Problems, stress, unhappiness, bitterness, a negative outlook on life etc, are all factors that would disturb good sleeping habits.
